Check It Out Inventories is an independently owned professional organisation, established by an award-winning property inspector, who, in 2021, brought together a tight-knit team, each with around two decades of property know-how behind them, to offer what we believe to be the region’s most experienced inventory service.

Claire Symmonds
Our founder Claire Symmonds is ARLA trained, with a background in lettings, relocation, property management and dispute resolution. And, for the last 19 years she has been protecting clients’ properties as a senior property inspector.
